Becky is Kait's best friend. Kait can trust Becky with anything, so she consults her with her problems about Bram. Becky is a strong and tough person, who never lets anyone have power over her. She's very independent. Becky loves Kait, but she also likes revenge, so when Kait makes up a story about how Becky is sick to get Bram to stop asking her what's wrong, she gets angry. Becky refuses to talk to Kait for a bit, knowing full well that it's what Kait deserved, but also knowing that she would talk to Kait again after she "squirmed a bit, which was less than I [Kait] deserved."
